The company reviews and tabulates consumer’s opinions, perceptions and feedback regarding the “Art of Care” (care and compassion shown towards patients).
It then compares individual results from each clinic that submitted a completed submission form for the award and names one winner in each city; except for highly Populated metropolitan areas such as New York City which will have more than one winner.
The company also collects practical information such as the convenience of accessibility, financing for treatments, location environment, personal treatment from staff and Physicians and finally an overall rating regarding the overall experience with the urgent care or walk in clinic.
Unlike member accreditations or certifications, the company does not use a judging panel or surveyors to evaluate physical locations or to determine the efficacy of medical treatments.
The research methodologies used to determine the final top ranking clinics are based from results tabulated from public responses of former consumers who have used the service.
